        In 1908, Mr. Marquis Mills Converse founded the Converse Rubber Shoe Company in Malden, USA, with a straightforward name, and of course they produced rubber shoes. In the beginning, Converse was not a brand that only sold sneakers. They sold all the shoes that have something to do with rubber, such as waterproof rain boots, galoshes, etc. May be because the supply chain of rubber is quite stable and sufficient, and the market has demand, Converse also sold tires until 1917. Converse launched a rubber-soled sneakers. Don't you feel familiar? It is the ancestor version of All Star that we are most familiar with now, but at that time the round logo was a capital "C". At first, Converse did not advertise that the shoes were made for basketball, and originally wanted to enter the football and volleyball market. Environmental Labeling Product Technical Requirements Adhesives has been implemented since 2017 to implement a new standard!


   In October 2016, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued an announcement (No. 63 of 2016), approving the "Environmental Labeling Product Technical Requirements Adhesive" (HJ2541-2016) as a new national environmental protection standard, which came into effect on January 1, 2017. At the same time, the original standard "Environmental Labeling Product Technical Requirements Adhesive" (HJ/T220-2005) was abolished on the date of implementation. The drafting and preparation of the new standard is undertaken by the Environmental Development Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the China Adhesive and Adhesive Tape Industry Association is one of the main drafting units of the standard. Standard introduction: China first promulgated the "Environmental Labeling Product Certification Technical Requirements Adhesive" (HJBZ28-1998) in 1998, and revised it in 2003 (HBC18-2003) and 2005 (HJ/T220-2005) respectively to ensure the advancement of the standard. The promulgation and implementation of these standards regulate the domestic market of adhesives to a certain extent, so that adhesive manufacturers understand the environmental protection requirements of domestic and foreign products. Especially since the implementation of HJ/T220-2005 standard, it has guided the development of adhesive products in an environmentally friendly direction, and promoted the non-solvation, water-based, low toxicity and harmlessness of adhesive products to a certain extent.
         At present, adhesive environmental labeling products have become one of the important bases for consumers to purchase environmentally friendly building materials, decoration and daily necessities. Environmental label product certification, also known as ten ring certification, is the most authoritative green product and environmental protection product certification in China, representing the official recognition of product quality and environmental performance, through document review, on-site inspection, sample testing three stages of multi-criteria audit to determine whether the product can meet the requirements of national environmental protection standards. The certified products include adhesives for wood processing, water-based adhesives for packaging, adhesives for shoes and bags, adhesives for carpets, and adhesives for construction. On the basis of "Environmental Labeling Product Technical Requirements Adhesives" (HJ/T220-2005), the new standard has been revised mainly for the following aspects: it modified the scope of application and reference scope according to the national standards and national policies, the content of free formaldehyde and free phenol in the product should comply with the provisions of GB/T14372-2006, the limit of harmful substances has been increased with reference to foreign standards, and the environmental requirements of book adhesives and hot melt adhesives for packaging have been increased. According to the standard range, the detection method of the product is appropriately adjusted, the release limit of harmful substances of carpet adhesive increases the limit requirements of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether compounds, and the index unit is unified.
