【Process conditions】
【Applicable models】Cold glue laminating equipment, dry laminating machine, wet laminating machine
【Coating amount】Use a scraper or roller to evenly coat the surface of PVC film, the recommended coating amount is 30-60g (wet rubber weight), and adjust the coating amount appropriately according to the thickness and surface roughness of the actual film.
【Operating temperature】Aluminum (metal parts) preheating temperature: 50-70 °C
【Oven temperature】60-70°C
【Coating speed】8-12m/min, the glue on the surface of the film is flattened with a roller after drying. The specific coating speed is adjusted accordingly depending on the type of profile and the complexity of the structure.

The adhesive must be mixed with HN-812 curing agent according to the specified ratio (100:1) and stirred well before use.
If the stirring is uneven, the final adhesion will be poor, the heat resistance is poor, etc., and the mixing must be strictly in accordance with the recommended ratio when using.
The well-mixed glue can be used for 4 hours at room temperature (25-30°C), and the performance will gradually decrease after that.
Do not mix this product with other adhesives.
