Operation process:
1. Each model has to meet the manual spraying or equipment spraying, the spray gun caliber of 1.3-2.0mm is preferable; air pressure > 4Kg, of course, depending on different needs.
2. This product is a fast-drying reducing glue, the glue is heated to melt (recommended mold temperature 190 °C) after adhesive layer gets dried, and then start bonding. The bonded product can also be peeled off under heat.
3. If you feel that the viscosity of the product is too strong, you can add an appropriate amount of ketone solvent or ester solvent to dilute it.
4. When spraying, the nozzle should not be too close to the surface of the applied object because the glue is easy to form clumps, is uneven or penetrate into the object. The muzzle should not be too far from the surface of the applied object, which may causing wasting, the recommended distance is 25-50cm.
5. If higher bonding strength is required, or better heat resistance is required, 2-5% polyisocyanate curing agent can be added. However, it may not be reducible after bonding, depending on the amount of hardener added.
Transportation & Storage:
The product should avoid collision, heavy pressure and extreme high- and low- temperature during transportation and handling to ensure that the packaging is intact.
The product should be stored in a dry and cool place at 5~40 °C, avoiding sun, rain, high temperature, away from fire; crystallization may occur below 0 °C, but it can be used after heating and stirring, without affecting the performance. Shelf life 6 months.
